Pacquiao agrees to random testing

Pound for Pound King Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao has agreed to do a unlimited random testing for the proposed fight against archrival Floyd " Money" Mayweather, but the random testing must be handled by a neutral governing bodies not by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). This has been confirmed by Top Rank honcho Bob Arum in an interview from a sports organization.

Arum said the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), the body Mayweather wants to handle the tests, is not a neutral organization and that there are other groups that can “handle the test under the supervision of the athletic commission respective of the state where the fight is going to be held.”

The fight between the two boxing bests have fall into nothing when both parties have failed to agree the said issue that resulted to the down fall of the mega fight that most of the people awaits.
